The payment of a deposit is required (excluding tourist tax and optional services). If we dont’ recive the deposite in 15 days, the reservation is non confirmed .
The amount of the deposit is 20% of the amount of the stay. As required by the civil code in art. 1385, will not be returned in case of cancellation or non-presentation.
